To order, all you have to do is choose the information required such as size, name, month, etc. and click on "Add to Shopping Cart". If at any time you would like to view your Shopping Cart just go to the bottom of each page and click on "View Shopping Cart". Continue to shop and add items to your cart. When you are through shopping click on "Go to Checkout Now". There you will find a list of everything you have chosen including Item Number, Description, and Price. It will also have a total of all your choices including shipping. At this point you have not bought anything. You have several options to choose from, such as "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out". Make your choices, fill out all information and submit your order. You can order by using our secured shopping cart and your credit card, I accept, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Orders are shipped by priority or express mail and I usually ship within one to two days after the order is placed even if it is an engraved item, orders that have to be made may take a little longer. So enjoy and come back often as I am adding new items and selections.

Shipping And Shipping Charges

All orders will be shipped by either Priority or Express Mail within 3 business days of date of order. If any delays greater than 3 business days are expected you will be notified by e-mail.

There are no shipping charges for eBooks, when you checkout the shopping cart will not charge any shipping charges. You download the book and I email you the password within 24 hours from the time of the order, therefore, you can order eBooks from anywhere in the world. Just be sure you use the correct email address on the order. If you order an eBook and a product, shipping charges will apply for the product. If you order an eBook and a product from outside the US, you will only be charged for the eBook, no product will be shipped and no shipping charges will apply.

All Priority orders up to $300.00 will be charged $7.00 for shipping. This is not $7.00 per item, it is $7.00 per order no matter how many items you purchase up to $300.00. Anything over $300.00 will be charged $8.00 shipping.

All Express orders will be charged $25.00.

I can only ship within the United States.

If you have to have all or none of what you order, you will have to specify that in "Special Instructions" at check out. If this is not specified in "Special Instructions" the partial order will be shipped.

Guarantees

If you receive an item that is the wrong size or it doesn't fit, don't feel like you are stuck with it. All you have to do is contact me and let me know of the problem and what needs to be done to correct it. I'll get back to you with information on where and how to send it back for a replacement. This way I can usually have the replacement made by the time your item gets to me. There will be a $7.00 charge each time an item is shipped back to you. The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was when you received it.

All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If for any reason you have a problem with an item due to workmanship simply return it to me and I will repair or replace it free of charge. Sorry I can not be responsible for neglect or abuse.

Returns

I want everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a complete refund (sorry, no refunds or exchanges on personalized jewelry or special orders, special orders consist of orders that requires the item to be made. Example: any order that a different size or stone is chosen requiring the item to be made, or an order that requires a matching item to be made will be considered a special order).

You must contact me prior to returning any item (or items) for refund or exchange with the order number and reason for return and obtain a return authorization number.

Sorry no refunds or exchanges on personalized, engraved or special order items.

I cannot be responsible for the cost of return shipping charges under any circumstances.

Your return must be postmarked within 15 (no exceptions) days from the date it was shipped for returns and exchanges, and it must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you.

All packages received that does not have a return authorization number written with the address or postmarked after 15 days from the shipping date will be refused.

For refunds you will receive a complete refund less any shipping.

All orders returned by USPS as not deliverable or refused will be treated as a return. A credit for the total amount less shipping will be issued. If you would like the merchandize reshipped you will have to place a new order.

If you would rather exchange the item, you will need to return it to me in the same condition that you received it. I will issue you a credit (less shipping charges) for the return, then you can place another order for the merchandize that you are wanting to exchange for. This way, we both have a record of both transactions, and you can actually order the merchandize that you are wanting before the credit is given if you choose.

Send all returns and exchanges to Wire Creations (return authorization number), 1001 McMillan Ave., Bay Minette, Alabama 36507. I suggest that you ship using some form of postage that will allow you to track the package (I cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipment).
